Lakeside Storage has just brought some new sizes of units online to meet your needs. We have had many requests for fully enclosed large units for Motorhomes and Travel Trailers. We just converted some units to 13' x 45' with 14' tall doors for easy entrance of newer vehicles.
We also have 13' x 25' units with the tall doors as well. We added some new 10'x 15'units and some 10' x 25' units. Add to that our new 5' x 8' small storage and 5' x 10' high tops and you have a large variety of small units to go with all of our normal and large units. No one has more sizes nor do they have as easy an access or as wide of aisles to get to your space with trucks and trailers. Lakeside has the best offers in town!!! While you might think that all Self Storage Auctions are the same, you may have a big surprise to find that Lakeside Storage is a bit different. Who's really the best?

Deciding on who really is the best, the cheapest, the safest, has the best management, the widest aisles etc. is not as easy as it sounds. The simple reason is that if all you do is call a variety of Provo Self Storage facilities they will likely all tell you that they are the best, the closest, the cheapest, etc. so how do you really know who truly is the best for you?
Short of personally visiting the actual facilities themselves, I would suggest that you look at the tenant comments and see how people reallly feel about the places. If there are no comments you learn that the place isn't good enough to deserve a lot of comment. When people care enough to comment it tells us the place is extraordinary! Yes, you will generally find a sour grape or two in every large bunch of grapes, but we all know that is a fact of life.

OK, we admit it!!! Our first crack at a UTube video was a bit corny and waaaaay too long. While it does show you around our awesome facility it takes too long to get the job done. Compared to many of the videos on Self Storage even in Salt Lake, Sandy, Draper, Jordan areas, we don't really look that bad as a video. Our Next YouTube Self Storage video will be shorter and more professional and hopefully done with a younger Manager rather than the "old guy" in this one! Because our rents are so much lower than anywhere in Salt Lake or Utah Valley, we get lots of interest from the Salt Lake group for their Boat and Rv winter storage. We hope that our YouTube video gives a good look at what we offer so you can see that we are not only Bigger, with much, much, wider aisles than anywhere else, but that our Security is also much more comprehensive and our PRICES ARE MUCH LOWER than anywhere in Salt Lake! We had the Auction today and people came from Orem, Pleasant Grove, Prov, Lindon, American Fork, Lehi and even Salt Lake!!! The buyers got some real bargains and the sale was a lot of fun. It looked like at least one unit was warehousing stuff as they had multiple refrigerators in the unit.
In the past we have auctioned units with contractors warehoused goods in them as well as vehicles, boats, trucks, campers. Today appeared to be mostly household goods that were warehoused with Lakeside.
While we hate to see anyone lose their stored goods, it is an opportunity for those of you who are real treasure seekers to find real deals on a lot of good stuff from furniture, boats, RVs, tools, trucks, and even cars.

Better Security and pay less!!!

Lakeside Storage in Provo is the only Storage facility around with all of the different kinds and combinations of security. With all of our cameras from the moment you leave the street on to Lakesides property you are on several cameras recording your movements. You are monitored every moment until you leave the property. Should an outside intruder attempt to jump or climb our fences he/she will soon find that our fences are high voltage electric fences that will make any attempt to enter illegally a very sad experience. With the South side of our property adjoining the Provo Airport, we have all of the FAA safety provisions on that side. On the East side we have a 10' wide ditch functioning as a mote with mud two feet thick before an intruder will get to the double barbed wired fence and electric shocker wires plus barbed wire and a berm. Not likely! On the West side our neighbor is Provo City with their fences prior to our own electrified barbed wire and chain link fences. The same on the North side, which
leaves our automated electric computerized gate and four cameras watching it and recording everything that happens for the three onsite families that personally oversee the facility 24/7 and 365 days a year! In addition to all of that we also have our employees doing rounds at least 6-10 times per day to personally see and prevent any intrusion or abnormality, as well as lend assistance to you when necessary. Did I mention that we keep a portable air compressor, battery charger, and some tools in the office to loan to our customers who find a low tire or dead batty etc? Combine our extra security with our low low prices and our extra wide aisles making backing up a hundred times easier than in any other storage facility around, and you will never leave once you store at Lakeside Storage!
