We found last week that our computer was infected with a virus so we immediately purchased a new computer wth all new back up and separate hard disk backups to carefully save our data. Security is a huge thing for Lakeside Storage and we do everything we can think of to protect our customers data as well as their valuables being stored. We now have a new double computer system with back up computer for the unlikely event that we would get a computer breakdown on a week end or holiday when no service is available. Better safe than sorry is our policy! Have also added a 42" screen for our security cameras to be seen on and have recently received 10 new very very hi tech wireless cameras for added security protection for your valuables. We are in process of adding the most up to date hardware and software to our newest security system to allow for customer internet viewing of their storage Unit either indoor or outdoor. There is NO PLACE safer than Lakeside Storage that we can find! Did I mention that we just purchased and installed an entirely new gate opener system from PTI? The previous system was a QuikStor system which only seemed compatible with their own office software and when we updated and went to Site Link Software for our office we began having trouble with the gate doing what you wanted it to do.
